Brian G Pyke

Brian G Pyke has completed numerous sale and lease transactions since starting his commercial real estate career in 2005. In 2009, he joined Duhs Commercial as Vice President. Specializing in Retail Commercial Properties, Brian is active in both Landlord and Tenant Representation, as well as Investor Acquisitions and Dispositions.     

Over the course of his career, Brian has been involved in sales and lease transactions exceeding $80,000,000. Currently, Brian is responsible for the lease-up of properties totaling approximately 1,500,000 SF of Retail space in San Diego County, Riverside and Imperial Counties. 

Brian G Pyke graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2004 with a degree in Business Administration. His interests include traveling, reading, and playing soccer, tennis, and golf. Brian resides in Point Loma with his wife, Karrie, and their son, Franklin.
